How to measure yourself

To ensure that your new fitness gear is the perfect fit, it is important to get your precise body measurements. These instructions will help you to get it right.

Tips & Tricks

It’s very easy to measure yourself. Be sure to wear either tight-fitting clothing or no clothing at all.

You will need:
A tape measure and a full-length mirror. You can also order a uniqfeel measuring tape here.
If you don’t have a tape measure, you can also use string and a ruler. In this case, use the string to take the measurement and then place it against the ruler to determine the exact number.
